Initial consultations cost £50. This fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward treatment if you proceed.
5.3 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
48 hours or more notice: Appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% fee if cancelled within 24 hours, 75% no-show fee.
No-show: Full consultation fee charged, deposit forfeited
